One cold autumn day, a little ant named Anti wanted to take home a big piece of biscuit with all his might! He used to stand a little behind biscuit and push it. He would stand in front of it for a while and pull it with his hands and try to make it move!
As he was trying, one of his friends, whose name was Antolon, stood next to him and said:
Hello Anti! what are you doing? And when his eyes fell on the biscuit, he said:
Wow, what a big biscuit! It must be very heavy! Do you want me to help you?
Anti said:
No thanks! I can take it myself!
Antolone said:
This is very heavy! How are you going to take it alone? It is gonna be a hard work!
Anti said:
No! It is not difficult at all! I am very strong and I can handle it myself! Don’t you know that we ants can lift and move loads heavier than ourselves?!
Antolone said:
I did not say that you are not strong! By the way, you are very strong and powerful! And you are right! Ants can do this! But everything has a limit! For example, can we ants lift a big tree branch? Obviously we can’t! So we have to do our work together!
Anti said:
No need to cooperate! I always do my work myself and I don’t need anyone!

Antolon left and Anti started pulling and pushing the biscuit again! It was almost noon and Antti still couldn’t shake the biscuit! He was very hungry! He said to himself:
Maybe if I eat a little of the biscuit, it will be lighter and I can move it! So he started eating biscuits!
When he was full, he looked at the biscuit and realized that its size had not shrunk too much! But he still stuck to his words and was not ready to ask anyone for help!
It was sunset and Sun went to sleep! Anti was tired, but he was only able to move the biscuit a little! That’s why he sat down on the floor and looked at the biscuit! He said to himself:
If I had accepted Antolon’s help in the morning, I would be sitting in my warm and soft house now!
But there was no one to help him! He looked around but did not see anyone! He looked above his head and suddenly he saw Busy, the little bee, flying! He called Busy and begged him to tell Antolon to come to his aid!
A few minutes passed and Anti was very cold! He was scared and thought that maybe Antolon was upset with his behavior in the morning and didn’t want to come to his aid!
Panda’s magic pencil story for kids
One sunny day, little panda was tidying his room and putting his books inside the shelf. He would put some books that he had not yet read in front of him so that he could read them sooner.
When he was tidying up under his bed, he suddenly hit a big colored pencil. He took it out from under the bed and looked at it. He did not remember that he had such a large pencil before! He thought to himself:
Maybe I lost this pencil a long time ago and that’s why I don’t remember it!
That’s why he put the pencil on the table and went to arrange the rest of his room! After eating lunch, little panda decided to draw! He wanted to use his big pencil! He had a craving for a big delicious cake, so he painted a beautiful cake and when he was done, he blew on the drawing to remove the crayon powder from it. But suddenly a cake appeared on the table! The little panda was a little scared at first, but when he looked closer, he realized that this was the same cake he had painted.
He slowly moved his hand forward and ate a piece of it. It was very delicious! At that moment, a great thought came to the little panda’s mind! He could draw any food he wanted so that he could and eat it!
From that day on, the little panda painted and ate everything he wanted, such as chocolate, chips, ice cream and puffs, and even very fatty foods such as pizza and lasagna!
It went on like this for a while and the little panda had gained a lot of weight. He was walking very hard and could not fit in the chair in his room anymore!
His belly had grown so much and had come forward that he could no longer see his legs! Until one day after eating a piece of pizza that he had painted, he had a severe stomachache! He got dizzy and fell to the ground!
When he opened his eyes, Dr. Goat was standing above him! He said to the little panda:
You ate too much! From now on, you should be careful about what you eat and you should exercise!
When Doctor Goat left, Little Panda took a look at his own image in the mirror! and He was very surprised! He was very fat! Big belly and big hands and feet! He got so upset!

خواص اعجاب انگیز روغن سیاهدانه برای سلامتی
روغن سیاه دانه نوعی روغن حامل است که از دانه های گل Nigella sativa به روش پرس سرد استخراج می شود.
به طور سنتی، روغن سیاه دانه دارای خواص تحریک کننده، گرم کننده و تاثیرات مثبت بر بهبود خلق و خو می باشد.
در طب سنتی سیاهدانه به عنوان یک معجون مکمل با سایر گیاهان دارویی در درمان اکثر بیماری ها به کار گرفته می شود.
روغن سیاه دانه بطور موضعی به منظور آبرسانی، تسکین، تقویت و تغذیه پوست، رفع عفونت های قارچی و لکه های پوستی و نیز برای ترمیم و بازسازی پوست استفاده می شود و موجب صاف شدن، روشن شدن و شفاف شدن پوست خواهد شد. روغن سیاه دانه همچنین در صورتی که بر روی مو اعمال شود، موجب تغذیه و تقویت مو می شود.

برای بیش از 3000 سال، از دانه های روغنی سیاه دانه برای کاربردهای آرایشی، دارویی و آشپزی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. از سیاه دانه به عنوان دارو گیاهی، چاشنی و تسکین دهنده درد و تحریکات موضعی، از جمله گزش، زخم، التهاب و بثورات پوستی استفاده می شده است.
بر اساس منابع تاریخی، اعتقاد بر این است که روغن سیاه دانه برای اولین بار توسط آشوریان مصر باستان مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است، جایی که از آن توسط شخصیت های مشهور سلطنتی مانند کلئوپاترا و نفرتیتی برای مراقبت از پوست به شکل یک دارو گیاهی استفاده شده است.

در کتاب "الشفاء"، نوشته حکیم ابن سینا، سیاه دانه را با توانایی های درمانی معتبر شناخته و از آن به دلیل خاصیت تقویت کنندگی، تحریک کننده و پیشگیری کننده تقدیر کرده است. در این کتاب از سیاه دانه به عنوان تقویت کننده انرژی و کاهش ضعف، خستگی، غم و احساس دلسردی صحبت شده است. علاوه بر این، وی کاربرد درمانی سیاه دانه را برای رفع و تسکین علائم سرماخوردگی، تب، سردرد، تحریکات موضعی، زخم ها، اختلالات پوستی، دندان درد و کرم روده و انگل تأیید کرده است.
خواص روغن سیاه دانه
ترکیبات شیمیایی روغن سیاه دانه شامل اسید پالمیتیک، اسید استئاریک، اسید اولئیک و اسید لینولئیک هستند و از ترکیبات اصلی این روغن محسوب می شوند.
اسید پالمتیک به دلیل داشتن خواص زیر مشهور است:
خاصیت نرم کنندگی
نرم کردن مو ها بدون ایجاد چربی اضافه و احساس سنگینی و چسبندگی
متداول ترین اسید چرب اشباع می باشد.
اسید استئاریک به دلیل داشتن خواص زیر شناخته می شود:
دارای خواص پاک کنندگی است که باعث از بین رفتن آلودگی، عرق و سبوم اضافی از پوست و مو می شود.
یک ماده امولسیون کننده ایده آل برای اتصال آب و روغن است.
به افزایش ماندگاری محصولات مراقبت از پوست و مو کمک می کند.
بدون کاهش درخشش و احساس سنگینی، موها را از آسیب های خارجی محافظت می کند.
پوست را نرم می کند.
اسیدهای اولئیک (امگا 9) دارای خواص زیر است:
لطافت، رطوبت و درخشندگی پوست و مو را حفظ می کند.
رشد موهای ضخیم تر و قویتر را تحریک می کند.
چین و چروک های زودرس و خطوط ریز را کاهش می دهد.

It was a cold snowy day in the village and little Goaty was sitting near his window, watching outside. Suddenly, something jumped into his mind!
Mom! Who is the strongest person in the whole world? He asked.
Well! What is your idea? Said his mother.
I don’t have a clue.
I think you should go and search in the village to find out who is the strongest person! How about that?
little Goaty loved his mother’s idea; so he put on his hat and scarf!
Goodbye mom! He said this and left the house!
After a while, he reached a frozen pound. He slipped on the ice and fell down!
Ouch! That hurts! He cried. Then he got up and said:
Oh dear ice! you are so strong!
But ice answered:
I’m really sorry! I didn’t wanna hurt you; but believe me! I’m not strong at all! If I were strong, sun wouldn’t be able to melt me.
Little Goaty was surprised! He started to walk again! He walked and walked till he reached a big hill and climbed it. He was very tired.
I think I’m gonna rest here for a while! He said.
He lay down on fresh grass… and…
There was sun shining in the middle of the blue sky!
Sun! Sun! How come are you so strong that you can melt the mighty ice? Goaty asked loudly.
Oh little Goaty! Sun laughed. Believe me, if I were strong, I would tell clouds not to stay in front of me all the time!
In that very moment, two fat clouds came by and covered sun’s shinny face!
Little Goaty asked with wonder:
Dear cute clouds! How come are you guys are so strong!?
Believe me little one! If we were strong, rain couldn’t make us pour as little drops! One of the clouds answered.
In that moment, sky went gray and rain started pouring. Little Goaty went under a big tree and said:
Rain! How come are you so strong??
Dear Goaty! Believe me, if I were strong, grass wouldn’t drink me!
Goaty looked at the grass on the floor and said:
Dear grass! How come are you so strong?
If I were strong, Sheep wouldn’t eat us all the time! Grass laughed.
Little Goaty started to think. After a while, when the rain stopped, he started his journey again. He walked until he reached a flock of sheep! He went closer and asked:
Guys! How come are you so strong that you can eat the mighty grass?
Little Goaty! If we were strong, The wolf couldn’t hunt us and eat us! said One of the sheep.
So… Wolf is the strongest in the whole world? said Goaty. Lucky him! I wish I could ask him that how is he that much strong!
He was thinking when he saw the wolf hiding behind a stone, watching the sheep! An Idea came to his mind. He went and hid on the other side of the stone, changed his voice and said:
Hi mighty wolf!
wolf who was really shocked, looked around and searched for the voice!
I heard you are a very strong wolf. I wanna know your secret!
Believe me, If I were strong, The sheepdog couldn’t scare me! said the wolf sadly.
Goaty looked around and saw the sheepdog guarding the flock! He ran toward him and asked:
Dear sheepdog! How come are you so strong?
Little sheepdog smirked and said:
If I were strong, The shepherd wouldn’t force me to take care of the sheep!
Little Goaty went and stood in front of the shepherd:
Mr. shepherd! How come are you so strong?
Shepherd cuddled Goaty and said:
If I were strong, I could stop those mice from eating my wheat from the barn!
Little Goaty was really confused! He thought:
Really? So the little mice are stronger than everyone?!
He ran toward the barn! There were bunch of cute mice, running all over the place! Little Goaty asked:
How come are you guys are so strong?
If we were strong, cat wouldn’t follow us all the time! One of them answered.
Do you know where is the cat?
Yes! He is sleeping behind grandma’s house!
Little Goaty ran and ran till he reached grandma’s house! Cat was sleeping behind the house! Goaty said:
Cat! Cat! I have a question!
Meaw! Ask your question!
How come are you so strong?!
But before cat could answer the question, a dog come and started to follow the cat! The cat scared and started to run away.
Little Goaty was really tired. He decided to go home. When he arrived, his mom asked:
Well, did you find the strongest person in the whole world?
Mom! No one is stronger than everyone. Everybody has their own strength!
His mom smiled and gave little Gaoty a huge hug.
